Flex Class Pips Udacity In Revenue


New York: Flex Class, the Asia and Africa’s fastest growing online education portal has pipped Udacity in revenue terms. The company which was started in early 2016 is on the verge of becoming a leading player in the online education industry.

The company recorded US $16.36 million of Q4 revenue, which is equivalent to Udacity’s total annual revenue. Udacity was valued US $1 billion in November, 2015.

Both Flex Class and Udacity are in the business of online education, particularly focusing on the skill development.

Flex Class has forayed into online MBA this year and is targeting a total revenue of US $40 million by the end of 2017.

“Flex Class is more than a online education portal, we are actually assisting the governments of several emerging economies set up the basic infrastructure required for the online education,” said Anurag Vaid, Founder of Flex Class.
Flex Class will file for the listing on OTC Markets early next year. The company has recorded US $25.26 million revenue since inception in 2016.
